    Adrianna- the rudest staff member at your store. Mum ordered items over 7 weeks ago- was told items would take 6 weeks (in writing) and was told she can't do anything or give us an ETA for items. Paid alot of money only to be given 0 service by Adrianna who told my mum she is the only customer who called wondering about items. Apparently both times my mum called, Adrianna was just about to call. Still haven't been told when item's will arrive. You guys clearly try to save money for transporting items from interstate by collating all orders but this is clearly not correct customer service as you don't deliver on your word.
